Personal creative expression, back-to-basics methodology, and comprehensive process propel each style and every collection.

Rule Design & Development opened in 2018 with the goal of sharing a realized apparel design experience on a firsthand basis. We began with sourcing services and design consultations, plus development through pattern-drafting, sample-making, and one-on-one fitting sessions.

Since then we’ve grown to offer full-package services, acting as a one-stop shop and educating our clients about domestic production, all while providing the best experience possible.

While we specialize in womenswear and small-batch production, we love working on new ideas and niche products. We’re here to collaborate with you and your team like a true partner, sharing our expertise to start or grow your apparel brand, and bring your vision to life.
